When will my order arrive?
We will despatch the order as soon as possible. It should be with you within 7 working days and usually much sooner.

How long will my order take to despatch?
Orders for stock items received by noon will be despatched on a next working day UK mainland delivery service via our courier. If you are outside the UK mainland then delivery times may vary depending on the services available. For items which are out of stock or special order despatch times will be advised.

Your courier has tried to deliver my order but I was not available to receive it, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately and we will contact the courier to arrange another delivery for you.

My order has arrived but there is no invoice?
On occasions invoices are sent separately however they should be received within a few days of the order delivery, if this is not the case please contact us and we will arrange for a duplicate to be sent immediately.

My order has arrived but has been damaged in transit, what should I do?
All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. You must only sign the documentation if you are happy the delivery is in good order. If the delivery is not in good order please do not sign for the goods and contact us immediately where we will contact the courier to resolve the situation and have replacement parts sent out to you immediately.

My stock order has arrived but I have accidentally ordered the wrong item(s), what should I do next?
Within seven days of delivery we will either exchange or refund depending on your request in accordance with our terms and conditions.

My special order has arrived but I have accidentally ordered the wrong item(s), what should I do next?
Where goods have been specially manufactured or ordered unfortunately unless agreed with the company director we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

I have received my order and I believe there to be a fault, what should I do next?
Should any item be received and a fault be discovered then please contact Qt Services immediately, either by phone, fax or e-mail where we can establish a clear understanding of the situation and apply the appropriate action to ensure the situation is dealt with appropriately and in a reasonable timescale. Should the item be returned to us and reveal no fault you will be charged for the item to be shipped again. All decisions will be at the discretion of the director. Appropriately insured return postage costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed by the company director. A signature upon delivery is required as proof of return. Items must not be returned by the method of ?return to sender?. This method will not guarantee the goods arriving and therefore any returns procedure.
